Customer Service Coordinator

An exciting opportunity for a focused Customer Service Co-ordinator has opened up within a large automotive organisation. You will be responsible for handling inbound calls and co-ordinating the complete workflow process from customer request to invoice processing.

You’ll be working for the UK’s largest commercial automotive service organisation in central Cambridge, helping them to deliver an outstanding service to new and existing customers.

Duties within the role

  • Answer all inbound calls to the Customer Service Centre
  • Update CRM records when engaging with customers, log all job requests and prioritise workflow to meet efficiency, productivity and quality KPIs
  • Proactively manage customer/contract planning job schedules including the assignment of Engineers to job requests
  • Effectively communicate and update customers throughout the lifecycle of each job to ensure the optimum customer experience is delivered
  • Measure customer experience at the conclusions of incidents

Successful candidates will...

  • Have a minimum of two years within a customer service related role
  • Have previous experience working with planning systems
  • Be a proactive problem solver
  • Possess outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Have a flexible and can-do attitude
