You will be assigned your own account manager who will take you through the whole process - from the initial briefing to the candidate's first day. Risk-free recruitment

Ann Pettengell eliminates the potential risk involved in recruitment.

There are no upfront costs to pay. You only pay the fee once we have found the right person for the job. We work on a commission based policy which means unless we find you the right person, you don't pay us for any work we have done. If the placement doesn't work out for whatever reason, you will be entitled to a rebate (terms & conditions apply).

We also screen all our candidates to make sure they have sufficient IT skills, so you don't have to worry about their proficiency.

We will advertise your vacancy on our own website, on local news websites and also ensure a presence on local and national online job boards, ensuring a wide area is combed in the hunt for the right people for you.
