We are currently looking for a professional Administrative Assistant to work in the city centre in a friendly yet corporate environment, your day to day duties will include:

  • Effectively liaising with colleagues, clients, suppliers and managers via multiple channels, providing outstanding customer service throughout
  • Co-ordinating meeting room bookings and ensuring the rooms are ready to be occupied
  • Reviewing and ordering stationary and refreshment items – including the review of providers to ensure best prices
  • Produce a monthly list of prospects for the CEO
  • Keep a record of any outstanding reports to be completed, ensuring that files are maintained and archived in accordance to appropriate procedures
  • Set up new clients on the database including all required data
  • Conduct a monthly compliance review to ensure all files are kept up to date
  • Administrative and reception tasks to all be completed professionally and in an accurate and timely manner

To be considered for this excellent Administrative Assistant role, you will need the following experience:

  • A strong track record in a similar role
  • Able to work to agreed deadlines and prioritise workload to ensure completion
  • A professional and positive approach
