Role Outline

To provide efficient and effective compliance administrative support to the team

Key Duties

  • Preparing information for the Service Manager and recommending action
  • Ensuring that all compliance documentation is received prior to contractor payment
  • Raising work orders
  • Reconciling service reports against internal database
  • Updating service reports with Engineer comments 

Skills & Experience

  • Proficiency in IT packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Experience of high volume database management
  • Attention to detail and excellent time-management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team as well as on own initiative
  • Organised, enthusiastic and motivated
