Role Outline

Reporting to the Line Manager of a Safety Quality department  and to provide administrative support to the team.

Key Duties

  • Collating information
  • Providing admin support to the team
  • Monitoring service and inspection schedules
  • Updating work order progress notes
  • Reporting deviations and non-conformances
  • Managing the training and meetings bookings and diaries and
  • Assisting the Line Manager with reports and circulating the minutes from meetings

Skills & Experience

  • Good administrative skills
  • Data analysis skills
  • Good knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Team player
