Ann Pettengell are currently looking for a reliable Financial Services Administrator to work in Cambridge within easy reach of the A14 and with onsite parking.

Your day to day duties will include:

  • Process new business applications including underwriting and policy production
  • Efficiently service client requirements, updating both clients and consultants regularly
  • Diary management
  • Effectively liaise with all relevant parties – Introducers, Consultants, Policyholders
  • Confidently communicating via telephone, email and face to face
  • General administration as required within the office
  • Consistently working in a compliant manner

To be considered for this exciting Financial Services Administrator role, you will need the following experience:

  • 3 years previous experience within a Financial Services setting – including a good understanding of the relevant legislation
  • Able to use Word, Excel and Outlook to at least an intermediate level
  • Grade C/4 or above in GCSE English and Mathematics
  • A certificate in Financial Planning and experience using a Financial Service, back office system would be advantageous
