Ann Pettengell are currently looking for a Temporary HR Administrator to work in Cambridge on a Full-time basis for approximately 3 months.

Your day to day duties will include:

  • All recruitment including advertising, arranging and attending interviews
  • Expert user on the HR system, carrying out all necessary processes for leavers, recording sickness absence, probation, appraisals etc.
  • Manage limit of tenure and end of contract procedures
  • Act as first point of contact for HR queries
  • Keep up to date on HR policies and advise on queries and issues

To be considered for this interesting HR Administrator role, you will need the following experience:

  • Educated to A level standard or equivalent experience.  
  • Experience in HR administration, including use of an HRIS
  • Excellent organisational skills with accuracy and an eye for detail
  • Ability to prioritise and multi-task a large workload, ability to remain calm and work to tight, fixed deadlines and work under pressure at times
  • Highly competent in standard software packages e.g. Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, ability to use and grasp new technologies
