Ann Pettengell are currently looking for HR Administrator to work in the City Centre on a permanent basis.

Your day to day duties will include:

  • Keeping the HR database up-to-date and compliant
  • Preparing candidate paperwork e:g offer letters, contracts and induction packs
  • Minute taking
  • Setting up new starters and carrying out right to work checks.   
  • Liaising with Heads of Departments regarding employee probation periods
  • Occasionally, supporting payroll function
  • Organising staff training

To be considered for this interesting role, you will need the following experience:

  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle competing workloads
  • Excellent IT skills, Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Pro-active approach and the ability to work in a small team

The ideal candidate would have 1-2 years experience within HR and someone who is looking to further their HR career and work towards the CIPD qualification.
