Ann Pettengell are currently looking for an HR Coordinator to work in the Cambridge area with parking available.

This is an excellent long-term temporary opportunity for the successful HR Coordinator to work as part of a project supporting organisational change.

Your day to day will include: –

  • Creating role profiles in line with company standards, having conducted appropriate research
  • Ensure that new role profiles are consistent with the pay levels associated with internal pay grades
  • Review and update existing role profiles in conjunction with the wider HR team
  • Supporting the HR Manager throughout the lifecycle of the Change Programme
  • Supporting the recruitment process following the initial consultation period

To be considered for this interesting HR Coordinator role, you will need the following experience: –

  • CIPD qualified
  • Experience writing role profiles
  • Experience dealing with organisational change
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work with integrity and confidentiality
