Due to continued growth in Cambridge, we have a new administration opportunity working for the UK’s largest independent commercial vehicle service organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and take advantage of the growth opportunities within the company.

Key Duties

  • Processing/validation of invoices
  • Auditing and maintaining keys in order
  • Support the compliance department
  • Ensuring that purchase order numbers are sent in a timely manner
  • Processing and reporting on traffic
  • Additional admin functions to support the smooth running of the growing fleet team

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • Experience processing invoices, issuing purchase order numbers
  • Administrative experience
  • Educated to GCSE or equivalent (grade C or above)
  • Excellent customer service
