Role Outline

To be in charge of developing new business and act as the face of the company to new customers as the company enters a rapid growth phase. 

Key Duties

  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our innovative product and service
  • Assess the quality of the lead
  • Direct prospects to the in-house sales team
  • Enter and update customer information in the CRM system
  • Go the “extra mile” to outperform KPI and facilitate future sales for your sales colleagues
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Skills & Experience

  • An articulate communicator with outstanding negotiation skills and the ability to resolve issues
  • Proven experience (minimum 2 years) as a telesales representative or other sales role
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales KPI preferably over the phone
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe / explain them to customers
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
