A fantastic Part Time opportunity has arisen to join a small and friendly team based in Waterbeach at a site with free parking. 

Our client is a small company specialising in the creative design industry. They are seeking an experienced Administrator committed to the highest levels of customer care, and with good organisational skills. The job is varied and relies on close co-operation with the other team members to achieve the levels of service for which they are well known.

Working hours will be 12.00-16.00 Weds and 09.00-16.00 Thurs and Fri. The initial appointment will be an ongoing temporary assignment, to be reviewed on a quarterly basis.

This is a varied role where the principle duties will include;

  • Coordinating full lifecycle of projects via project management database including set up, status, budget and timeline tracking
  • Coordinating daily project meetings, creating actions and follow up
  • Answering the telephone and responding to e-mail enquiries
  • Supporting the Directors with inbox and diary management
  • Arranging client meetings
  • Liaising with clients and suppliers
  • Proof-reading of project material
  • Invoicing and credit control

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills set;

  • Organised, dependable and professional
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Competent user of MS Office including Word, Outlook, Excel and
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to use initiative, anticipate what is needed and take appropriate action
  • Have a can-do and adaptable approach to daily workload
