A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Purchase Ledger Administrator to join a prestigious company based at the Science Park.  

You will be working collaboratively with the wider Finance Department.

Key Duties

•             Entering invoices onto the system and ensuring they are approved

•             Dealing with quite complex VAT procedures & record keeping

•             Adhoc accounts administration

•             Maintaining processes and procedures as required

Skills & Experience

•             Previous experience as a Purchase Ledger Clerk

•             High level of computer literacy including Word and Excel

•             Accuracy and attention to detail

•             An ability to work to deadlines

•             Good numeracy
