Role Outline

Due to a high number of temporary assignments, we are looking for candidates who are available immediately for reception or administrative roles.

Reception Key Duties

  • Answer telephones and welcome all visitors in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain the premises and ensure building access rules are adhered to
  • Provide support with catering setup, room preparation and escorting visitors
  • Maintain room booking system
  • Liaise with courier companies accepting and sending items on behalf of the company
  • Management of incoming and outgoing mail
  • Provide assistance, as required, with other facilities and administrative duties

Administrative Key Duties

  • Provide administrative support
  • Co-ordinate meetings and diary management, including arranging meetings, booking venues, travel, etc. 
  • Keeping the filing system up to date, manual and CRM system

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a Reception/Customer Service/Admin based roles would be beneficial
  • Good IT skills, e:g Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
  • An approachable, confident and friendly attitude
  • Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels
