Role Outline

A high achieving and distinctive executive search firm are looking to recruit an additional Researcher to their team.

Our client also provides leadership assessment, governance review, cultural change projects and 360-degree reviews.  In recruitment, they advise on both permanent and interim roles.  Their clients are located all over the world, and their pool of candidates is global.

Their culture is based on collegiality, support and a commitment to delivering outstanding work for their clients with the Researchers perform and undertake a critical part of the executive search process.

Principle Responsibilities:

  • The identification, approach and initial assessment of candidates
  • Using internet based resources, such as LinkedIn, for finding and mapping out potential candidate fields
  • Supporting consultants and other team members in the delivery of projects
  • Working on a broad range of other business development projects and other initiatives as and when required

Skills required:

  • Excellent written and verbal skills and the ability to multitask
  • A fast learner, highly organised, able to learn new demand quickly across multiple assignments and thematic areas, intellectually curious and with strong analytical skills
  • Ability to combine structure and rigour with intuition and a general empathy with candidates
  • Excellent software and computer skills, data management and adhering to strict guideline and legislation requirements, such as GDPR
