Job description

Would you like to work in the property industry? A fast-paced environment with lots of customer interaction? We have a brilliant opportunity to work with a fabulous team, at a leading organisation based in Cambridge City Centre.

Your primary role will be to provide day-to-day administrative support to management and staff to ensure the smooth running of the office operations.

This is a full-time role and you will be based in the office.

Key duties

  • Acting as front of house both face to face and over the telephone
  • Dealing with clients for both lettings or sales properties in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Creating lettings files and progressing the relevant tenancy paperwork
  • Providing general support for the lettings and sales departments

Skills and Experience

  • Able to follow instructions / absorb basic training and carry out general office duties
  • Experience of working in a busy office environment
  • Proficient in office IT systems (MS Office)
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A professional and personable disposition
  • The ability to provide excellent customer service
