Role Outline

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing team to support the sales delivery across the UK, Ireland and areas of northern Europe. This role is to support the Sales and Partners on pipeline management (from lead to PO/Key Delivery) and support Renewals management in a defined territory whilst ensuring continual revenue and minimise loss.

Key Duties

Support Renewals Management (in collaboration with the Sales / Partners team)

  • Prepare and optimize quote renewals (merge, harmonise anniversary dates)
  • Process renewals which do not require the Sales team involvement
  • Request special invoice format and check Invoices
  • Manage license keys renewal with collaboration of the Key Management Centre
  • Facilitate cash collection issue /claim fixing
  • Monitor ongoing renewals working in close collaboration with the Sales / Partners team
  • Ensure renewals are managed on time
  • Deploy renewal best practices to the Sales / Partners
  • Contribute to accurate forecasting of renewals

Sales Helpdesk

  • Provide Sales / Partners support based on their daily activities / request (process & tools)
  • Ensure end-to-end request management for the Sales / Partners (open, follow-up, closure) including escalation to the key stakeholders (Legal, Finance, SBA, Pricing, etc.)
  • Identify and capitalize best practices within the sales tools to optimize the overall process
  • Identify skill up needs to be delivered through Sales Operations Knowledge base or dedicated trainings to the Sales / Partners
  • Identify key materials to support salesperson

Skills & Experience

  • Master degree or Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in: sales execution, business analysis, leading change, managing projects with multiple tracks, working with Finance systems is a plus
