Job Title: Technical Customer Support Engineer

Role Outline

This would suit a recent graduate with a degree in either IT/Computer Engineering or Computer Science. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a prestigious organisation who creates, invents and delivers solutions that advances sustainability in their markets.

Key Duties

  • Resolve incoming technical support tickets on organisation’s software
  • Provide predefined solutions to known problems
  • Determine resolution paths through troubleshooting
  • Contribute to the Support Knowledge Base
  • Work with R&D to continuously improve the quality of organisation’s software
  • Help customer install and configure organisation’s software  

Skills & Experience

  • Proven problem solving ability
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Solution driven
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience with relational databases would be beneficial
  • Desire to pursue a career with an enterprise software company
