Ann Pettengell are currently looking for a temporary L&D Administrator to work in North Cambridge, within easy reach of the A14.

Your day to day duties will include:

  • Monitoring inboxes, providing prompt and appropriate responses
  • Providing effective administration to ensure excellent delivery of training activities, which will include communicating with external suppliers, arranging course bookings and liaising with internal staff to confirm dates and ensure all records on the training management system are up to date
  • Complete booking and administration to ensure effective delivery of inductions and internal course, which will include ensuring delegate lists are up to date, printing of training materials required, training rooms are booked, and any other equipment is available and set up
  • Use internal systems to support all training activities and input data updates regularly
  • Communicate with both trainers, supporting staff, delegates and line managers
  • Maintain the onboarding process for all new starters joining the organisation

To be considered for this exciting role, you will need the following experience:

  • Excellent knowledge and use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrate excellent customer services skills along with experience of supporting others with a variety of different enquiries
  • Must demonstrate effective communication, both verbally and written as well as the ability to build effective relationships with all staff and work within a team environment
  • Must be able to prioritise own workload, with a flexible approach and use their initiative in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work to a high standard, with attention to detail and ensuring that outstanding queries and tasks are completed and closed off
  • Experience of working with different systems within one role and accurate use of those systems 

Initially providing cover as an Administrator for on a temporary basis, there is the opportunity for the offer of a permanent role for the right candidate.
